In 2004 I started out as a CAD Technician but in 2013 made the leap into the world of Revit and BIM. This has quite literally put an additional dimension into my work and has developed my knowledge of both services, giving me a greater insight into the approach and principles of installations. It can be very challenging but at the same time is satisfying when issues encountered are resolved. I have found Revit ‘bridges the gap’ between Engineers and Draughtspeople due to the need for more input and interaction between both roles.
Outside BSD I spend my time watching and attending various sporting events (Football, NFL, Rugby, Cricket, Darts and MMA to name but a few). I appreciate good music and going to gigs/festivals. I also enjoy visiting different places and countries when and where I can. When not doing any of these, I like to relax and spend time with friends and family.
